Description
Basic Rental Includes:
Keyless entry, full use of space, Wifi, hardwire ethernet, basic lighting (Neewer Ring Light with stand and phone mount, 4x LED Par lights), 30 folding chairs, restroom access.
(Cameras, Streaming computer, vocal/voiceover gear and pro lights are available for an additional fee prior to checkout.)
For events involving minors: General Liability Insurance is required, with additional insured:

Payment:
50% deposit is required to hold the space. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the reservation.
Refunds:
Cancellations 48 hours prior to reservation time are eligible for full refund (including 50% deposit).
Reservation deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of reservation start time. Remaining credit may be applied to future rental fees within 3 months of the original payment.
