A 50% deposit is due upon booking.
The remaining payment is due at least 48 hours prior to your booking time.
Cancellations must be confirmed via email, phone call, or text at least 48 hours prior to your booking time.
Your 50% deposit is fully refundable ONLY IF cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the start of your booking time
Reservation deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation start time. The remaining credit may be applied to future rental fees within 3 months of the original payment.
Costs will be assessed for damage or breakage to any items owned by Tiny Stage Hawaii within the practice room, including but not limited to drywall, ceiling tile, carpet, furniture, cameras, lights, tablets, microphones, and computers.
The renter is responsible for cleaning up areas used by the Renter, including removing all personal property of the Renter from the Premises. All fixtures, including light fixtures, moved from their original positions must be placed as they were prior to the Event. The Renter shall be responsible for reimbursing Tiny Stage Hawaii in full for any reasonable expenses incurred in cleaning or repairing the premises to restore them to their condition prior to the Renter’s use of the Premises. The Renter shall make such reimbursement to Kimeejay, Inc (owner of Tiny Stage Hawaii) within ten (10) days of Tiny Stage Hawaii’s presentation of an itemized invoice for these expenses.
No more than 25 people in the space at a time
Food and drink
Food (no popcorn) and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed in the space. All food and drink trash must be disposed of in the dumpsters near the Pohukaina exit.
Absolutely NO alcohol allowed in Tiny Stage Hawaii or on the premises of 419 South Street.
Absolutely NO firearms are allowed in Tiny Stage Hawaii or on the premises of 419 South Street.
Smoking and vaping
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed in Tiny Stage Hawaii or on the premises of 419 South Street.
Renters may sell merchandise at their event and shall be solely responsible for complying with all applicable city and county, stage, and federal laws concerning the merchandise and its sale and for any required taxes.
No nails, tacks, staples, or other items shall be driven into any portion of the Premises. The Renter shall not do any act that will change the finish, appearance or contours of Tiny Stage Hawaii.
No open flame of any kind is allowed on the Premises.
Tiny Stage Hawaii requires prior written approval for all products and equipment brought on the Premises, such as decorations, banners, theatrical fog equipment, hazing products, special effects products, furniture, and other items brought on the Premises by the Renter (hereinafter referred to as “Event Products”). The Renter is solely responsible for ensuring that the Event Products are safe and comply with all city and county, state, and federal laws. The Event Products must be removed from the Premises no later than ending time of the Event.
Lost and Found
Tiny Stage is not responsible for any items left behind. If you believe you have left something at our space, please contact us immediately.
Any approved large items must be loaded in via the loading dock and entrance at Pohukaina.
Groups with minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an official adult guardian. Any programs, classes, rehearsals conducted with several minors (under age 18) must show proof of liability insurance and include Tiny Stage as additionally insured. Do not leave minors unattended in the studios.
No loitering in hallways or loading ramps
We kindly ask that all guests wait outside of the building and not in the hallways. Please do not place any chairs in hallway.
No animals allowed
No animals allowed in space. Service animals may be allowed if proper documentation is provided.
No illegal activity
Any illegal activity will be immediately reported to the authorities.
The Renter is solely responsible to ensure that any material presented and/or performed has been cleared by distributors and/or proper licensing houses. The Renter is solely responsible for obtaining any rquired license, clearance, and permission to broadcast, perform, or display any copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or franchised materials, including but not limited to film, music, video, publications, and software. The Renter agrees to indemnify and to hold Kimeejay, Inc and Tiny Stage Hawaii harmless against all costs, expenses, or liability which may arise from the Renter’s failure to obtain any required license, clearance, or permission.
Bully, racist, sexist remarks, harassment
Tiny Stage Hawaii is a safe space and reserves the right to deny service to any individuals or groups who display such behavior to staff and others.
Video surveillance camera is present for safety only, footage is not accessible publicly.
All renters and their guests must abide by current CDC Covid-19 guidelines.
For the safety of our staff and others, we kindly ask that if any one from your group is feeling ill or has any reason to believe they are contagious with Covid-19 does not enter the space.
